Calling all employers interested with recruitment needs who want to save money but need quality staff. The government is here to help employers and inadvertently decrease the ever growing unemployment rate. How your wondering? They have agreed to cover all Employer training cost for people aged 16- 19 years who are interested in apprenticeships. This is fantastic news; as this not only gives employers the opportunity to cover recruitment at no cost at all but also the opportunity to train their staff and increase employee retention.

An apprenticeship gives an employee 4 days at work and one day studying the respective module (according to whichever sector they work in). The benefit to the employer is the option of minimum hourly rate equal to £150 per week for full time employment. Apprenticeships cover several sectors and will provide your staff with a feeling of empowerment and an NVQ level 2/3 Here are some of the sectors Apprenticeships cover:-.

  • Customer Service
  • Business Administration
  • Care - Childcare
  • IT
  • Media
  • Retail
  • and many more

At Blueprint we are qualified to provide this service so should you need staff or are interested in upskilling your current workforce contact us now.
