Administration/ Consultant

Michelle has over 7 years experience within the welfare to work sector as an Administrator, Tutor, Quality Assurance Officer, Personal Consultant, and a Contract manger. Michelle has previously worked for CDG and Working Links, both organisations are in the Public, Private and voluntary sector and work with clients from multicultural, disadvantaged and diverse backgrounds and ages. A qualified and experienced individual who possesses PTTLS – a legally required qualification to teach clients aged 16 + and also a NVQ Level 3 in Advice & Guidance, a required qualification to deliver sufficient and beneficial information to service users.


Michelle is also experienced in working with clients who are Ex Offenders, New Deal, Employment Zone, 50+, 18 – 24, Lone Parents, Ethnic Minorities and clients with learning difficulties.

Having a background in these fields and as well as living within the community gives her the natural ability to communicate and gain the trust of the clients with whom we work. This makes her ability in a company of this size invaluable. Michelle’s role is to acquire Evidence Verification Forms (EVF) from employers once employment has begun and also to liaise with the finance officers of the organisations whom we assist for payment on outcomes, as well as general consultant duties
