As the Founder of Blueprint he also works as a consultant dealing directly with both employers and clients in addition to securing new business opportunities.
Kwame began working in the sales sector in 2002 where he worked as an advertisement salesman and swiftly moved into recruitment with public sector specialist Morgan Hunt. Although successfully placing executives and project managers within the supported housing sector, he found a stronger affinity with barrier ridden candidates. He then went onto work with Working Links; a Welfare to work provider for the long term unemployed. He continued his employment there as a recruitment consultant, where his objectives were to secure sustained employment for jobseekers, ex-offenders and lone parents. In the last 12 months he has acquired an NVQ 3 in Advice & Guidance and REC qualification while building a strong Database of Employers for Blueprint Ent. Kwame saw an opportunity to create a company that would support the same range of clients as an external Job broker for organisations such as Working Links (who support the long term unemployed).
His skill base lies in his confidence and ability to network and build on the company’s portfolio. With a strong sales background he is frequently involved in company presentations and public speaking. His ambition and drive to excel is contagious to those around him and is a firm believer that positive thinking and hard work equates success.
